Part of a collection of early QEII Cupro Nickel coins in superb condition. Scottish shilling dated 1963 not particularly rare but lovely condition. Well priced and a good starter coin for early Elizabeth II collector.

Cupro Nickel tend to be overlooked, they were always the “poor relations” for the collectors but as we approach 80 years of these coins, we see that there are some cracking designs, with EX to Unc examples at really affordable prices. There is a great selection out there moving on to decimal coinage making the post 1946 coins a desirable start point for new collectors.
